A $25 hold is required to initiate the custom ordering process. Resouled Threads will contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss your inquiry and collect any additional details needed. Once all specifics are confirmed, a final cost will be agreed upon, and your $25 hold will be applied toward the balance of your order.
If you decide to cancel the custom order or if Resouled Threads is unable to fulfill your request, the $25 hold will be fully refunded.
Current turnaround time for custom orders is 3 to 5 weeks.
